One export, everything ticked
Download Spreadsheet in the rail opens the chooser from any section. For a typical desk pack tick:
- Daily schedule — order of play by day and court, for the wall, with a blank Result column and ruled blank rows under the day's games. Knockout games with a day and time are on it.
- Score sheets — blank forms, names and final score, one per block. On GC events, Play Order Score Sheets are the same with fillable circles for who played first — the data that powers play-order analytics later.
- Player rosters — the seeded lists with dGrades, for the desk's reference.
On an Advantage GC event two more appear, and for that format they replace the ordinary score sheet rather than supplementing it — the higher score does not win an Advantage game, so a form without both targets cannot settle one:
- Advantage forms — blank, one per block. Every game with To for each side, blank score boxes, and Draw at: the scores at which a game stopped on time would be a genuine draw, or a dash where the two targets share no factor and no drawn score exists. Portrait.
- Advantage record — what was played. The targets the games were actually played to, every game's score, each side's scoring fraction per game, and the winner — or drawn, which under Advantage is a real result rather than a missing one. Landscape.
Both cover knockout games as well as block games — a bracket drawn overnight prints in the morning with its targets on it. A slot still reading "W C3" prints as that, because it is the position and nothing more is known yet.
The record reads its targets off the games themselves, not off today's handicaps, so correcting a handicap after a game cannot rewrite what that game was played to.
A Flexible Swiss has no fixtures to print
Its pairings are made at the board on the day, so there is nothing to list in advance. Ticking Advantage forms for one gives two different sheets instead:
- a ruled blank form — the same columns, with enough empty lines for the pool (three a player, never fewer than 24), to fill in as games are paired;
- a Targets grid — every player against every other, one number per cell. Read across a player's row for the score they play to against each opponent; a pairing is two lookups, one from each player's row. The diagonal is blocked out, the row label carries each player's handicap, and the names run down the side and across the top. A field of 24 fits a landscape page; a larger one is scaled to fit, which a grid of one- and two-digit numbers survives.
Every sheet in the workbook is set to US Letter, one page wide, with the columns sized to fit without the print scaling shrinking the type.
Set Scope to the full event for the master pack, or one competition or block for a reprint. One .xlsx comes out — print the sheets you need from it.
The sheet for the board
The Print Pack has an Order of play document made for pinning up: a page per day with every block and knockout game by time and lawn, a Result column beside each game, and ruled blank rows below for games written up during the day. Its Score sheets document is a page per block with blank score boxes. On an Advantage event both carry each side's target, and the score sheet the drawn scores as well. The Print / Save as PDF button prints either from the browser, no spreadsheet needed.
Per-player handouts
For paper each player takes to the lawn, generate Player Packages instead — one PDF page per player with their own schedule, plus scoped notes (a welcome note for everyone, special instructions for one block).
Brackets
Knockout sheets print from each bracket's Download on Knockout setup — generate the bracket first and slots print as positions ("Block A 1st") before names are known.
